Originally from West Virginia, Jessica has lived in Wilmington since 2000. Upon graduating from The University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in Community Health Education, she could not ignore her desire to get involved in the real estate industry. While living in Wilmington for almost 10 years Jessica has been able to really experience and learn about the area, enjoying all that this coastal town has to offer.
By joining Sea Coast Realty in 2005, she was given a wonderful opportunity to help others find a place that they will love calling home. Jessica is proud to say that her honest enthusiasm and relentless drive are what set her apart. After a few years in the business she was already dominating those with the same level of experience and exceeding many of those with several more years of experience.

Lisa joined Jessica in 2009 and has quickly become a very valuable asset to the group. She assists with many administrative tasks so Jessica can maximize her time doing what she loves, assisting buyers and sellers. Lisa traveled the world as a flight attendant for 15 years. She always planned on retiring near the ocean and after surviving divorce and Stage 3 Cancer (Lymphoma) she realized she couldn’t wait any longer. After packing up her two children and pets they made the move from Connecticut to the coast of Southeastern North Carolina. Her parents grew up in North Carolina and as a child Lisa spent most of her summers vacationing on Topsail Island. Lisa chose to pursue a career in real estate and received her NC Real Estate License in 2007. She began working as an Office Administrator for a local real estate brokerage. Lisa immediately fell in love with the real estate industry and is constantly working to learn new ways to stay on the cutting edge in the ever changing real estate market. Lisa also enjoys volunteering for many causes such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital, American Cancer Society, The Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, Relay For Life, the Pender County Human Society and Operation Top Cat. She enjoys boating and the beach, being outdoors, spending time with her family, attending ECU football games and ECU Lady Pirates Lacrosse tournaments, and an occasional good glass of wine! Lisa is would love to learn play golf and one day hopes to earn her pilot's license.

Robin coordinates every possible aspect of closing from the time a client goes under contract until the deed has recorded and we are closed. Joey is a lifelong Wilmington resident and graduate of UNC Wilmington. He specializes in internet marketing and graphic design.
